https://www.merlin-humidification.com/ Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our U.S. team. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical abilities, excellent customer service, and the flexibility to travel nationwide. If you enjoy hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and working directly with customers, this is a great opportunity to grow within a supportive and dynamic company. Key Responsibilities Install Merlin high-pressure humidification systems at customer sites. Perform on-site service, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Provide technical support and assist customers with parts orders via phone and email. Maintain accurate documentation of service work, including reports, parts usage, and recommendations. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, diagrams, and wiring documentation. Independently plan travel schedules and service trips to meet customer installation and maintenance needs. Qualifications Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude required. Well-organized and able to work effectively in a small team environment. Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail. Solid communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Ability to work independently and manage tasks in fast paced environments. Comfort working at heights and operating scissor lifts and similar equipment. Willingness to travel frequently by air to customer locations (most weeks involve travel).
