As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Hair Restoration Technician to join our clinical team in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois . This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who is passionate about patient care, precision work, and contributing to a high-performing surgical team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Compensation will be competitive and determined based on experience and technical skill level . Qualified candidates relocating from outside the Chicago area may be eligible for relocation assistance .

Experienced candidates may be invited to complete a two-day working interview at our clinic as part of the final hiring process. Key Responsibilities Assist the physician during hair restoration procedures, ensuring efficient surgical workflow Perform patient haircuts and hair washes as part of procedural preparation Prepare and maintain the operating room , ensuring proper sterile technique and organization Trim, prepare, and place hair follicles with precision to support optimal procedural outcomes Restock operating rooms and maintain lab and surgical supplies for daily procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment aligned with the standards of Advanced Hair Restoration Requirements Certification as a Medical Assistant or Surgical Technician preferred , though candidates with backgrounds in clinical assisting, surgical technology, esthetics, or related medical fields will be considered Previous experience in hair restoration procedures (FUE and/or FUT) strongly preferred Strong understanding of hair anatomy and transplantation techniques Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment requiring focus and precision Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Retirement Plan Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development Supportive team environment focused on clinical excellence and patient care Schedule Monday - Friday Average of 1-3 cases per day Typical start time: 7:00
