What We Do (And Why It Matters) We solve septic problems and prevent failures before they damage homes, threaten health, or cost homeowners thousands. While other companies just pump tanks and leave, we dig deeper, work smarter, and protect people's biggest investment. You won't just be doing manual labor — you'll be preventing disasters. The Position As a Service Technician Trainee, you'll learn the trade hands-on alongside our top technicians: Assist with septic pump truck operations and learn the equipment, which requires physical labor Service aerobic treatment units Help with repair jobs and installations that require digging with shovels and the use of other hand tools and power tools. Interact with customers professionally and build relationships Your Career Path (Not Just a Job) Start as a trainee. Within 12-24 months, advance to: Service Technician — master the systems and work independently Pump Truck Operator — run your own routes Repair Crew Lead — lead complex installation and repair projects We'll help you train for your pumper's license, installer's license, and OSHA 10-hour safety certification. This is a real career with upward mobility — not a placeholder. What You Get $20-25/hour to start (with clear raises as you advance) Health insurance, PTO, and basic PPE Top-quality equipment — we invest in our team and our trucks High-powered team culture — work with people who actually care about your success Training for — pumping license, installer's license, and OSHA 10-hour safety Monday-Friday schedule with rotational Saturdays and rotational on-call What We Need From You Physical capability to work outside in all weather and lift at least 50 lbs Willingness to get dirty — this is septic work, not an office job Show up on time, every time — reliability is non-negotiable Take initiative — we'll train you, but you need to own your development Professional attitude — clean work clothes, respectful language, customer-focused mindset CDL preferred, but not required to start. Who Doesn't Succeed Here To be blunt: if you use foul language around customers, show up in dirty clothes, need constant supervision, or can't be counted on to arrive on time, this isn't for you. We hold high standards because our customers and your teammates deserve it. Our Core Values (R.A.P.I.D. Team Driven — Customer Focused) Respectful — We treat every customer, teammate, and partner with genuine respect and kindness Accurate — We deliver precise, reliable work and clear communication, every time Professional — We uphold the highest standards of integrity, appearance, and service Innovative — We embrace new ideas and technology to improve continuously Disciplined — We follow proven processes and hold ourselves accountable to excellence Team-Driven — We win together by supporting, trusting, and lifting up each other every day Customer-Focused — We put our customers' peace of mind and satisfaction at the center of every decision Ready to Build Something? We're on pace to hit $20 million in revenue in 5 years or less, and we're creating wealth, growth, and a legacy for every team member who helps us get there.
