We are seeking an RFS Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial coffee, water, and refreshment equipment while ensuring customer locations remain fully stocked, clean, and operating efficiently. This role is ideal for a mechanically inclined individual who enjoys working independently, solving problems, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial coffee brewers, water coolers, filtration systems, ice machines, and other refreshment equipment. Perform preventative maintenance, equipment cleaning, and routine inspections to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose equipment malfunctions and repair or replace defective components. Deliver and stock coffee, water, condiments, cups, and related refreshment products at customer locations. Rotate inventory using FIFO practices and remove expired or damaged products. Maintain accurate inventory of service parts and products on assigned vehicles. Complete service calls, work orders, and inventory transactions using company systems. Build strong customer relationships by responding promptly to service requests and resolving equipment issues. Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and perform daily vehicle inspections. Follow all company safety policies, DOT regulations, and food safety standards. Communicate equipment concerns, inventory needs, and customer opportunities to management. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be able to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds regularly. Ability to lift, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the workday. Must be at least 21 years old to meet DOT requirements. Preferred Qualifications Technical or trade school education. Experience repairing coffee, beverage, vending, or foodservice equipment. Experience with electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, or mechanical systems. Route merchandising or delivery experience.
