Help customers restore their homes or businesses with efficiency, professionalism, and care. Collaborate with your team to return properties to pre-loss condition. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to safely operate company vehicles 3+ years of hands-on experience in water, fire, mold, or smoke restoration, including leading and coordinating job site activities Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage crews, delegate tasks, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to industry standards Strong working knowledge of restoration equipment, including moisture meters, drying systems, demolition practices, and containment setup IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT) preferred, or equivalent hands-on field experience Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members while maintaining accurate job documentation Ability to communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members while documenting jobs accurately.
