Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Agricultural Road Service Technician to join our Service Repair Team. This role involves working independently and with a team to diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment—primarily in the field using a company-provided service truck.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems Diagnose equipment issues and provide accurate quotes for parts and labor Repair equipment both independently and as part of a team Perform inspections and recommend preventative repairs to minimize customer downtime Collaborate with the parts department to ensure accurate parts ordering Complete repairs according to service manuals and OEM specifications Document all work performed with detailed service reports

Qualifications:

Experience with agricultural, diesel, or heavy equipment preferred Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Ability to work independently in a field environment Good communication and organizational skills Willingness to complete online and in-person training Valid driver's license

Additional Requirements:

Must provide own hand tools (specialty tools provided by Burnips) Comfortable working out of a service truck and traveling to customer sites
