Our Field Service Technicians provide onsite and remote service and technical support for multifunction copiers, printers, scanners, and related imaging and print technology from manufacturers including Kyocera, HP, Brother, and others . What You'll Do As a MAPS Field Service Technician, you will: Respond professionally and efficiently to customer service requests. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, connectivity, and basic networking issues. Repair multifunction copiers, printers, scanners, and related imaging and print equipment. Replace parts and components as necessary to restore equipment performance. Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime. Install, configure, and test new equipment at customer locations. Provide onsite and remote technical support. Clearly communicate service issues, findings, and resolutions to customers. Look beyond the immediate problem to identify recurring issues and potential long-term solutions. Maintain accurate service documentation and records. Manage and reconcile parts and supplies maintained in your company vehicle. Complete manufacturer training and technical certifications. Work collaboratively with our service, sales, and administrative teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. What We're Looking For Technical skills can be developed. We are especially interested in candidates with experience servicing Kyocera, HP, Xerox, Ricoh, Canon, Konica Minolta, Sharp, Toshiba, Brother, Lexmark, or similar equipment .
