Embedded Field Service Technician (Direct Hire)
Salary:
$80,000 + $5,000

Provided Morales Group is partnering with a leading client to hire an Embedded Field Service Technician for a direct hire opportunity . This role is ideal for a skilled technician with a strong electrical/mechanical background who thrives in a customer-facing, hands-on environment. Position Overview The Embedded Field Service Technician is responsible for performing general service and maintenance tasks at assigned customer facilities. This individual will build strong client relationships, execute service plans, troubleshoot issues, and ensure long-term solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the Service Manager and client to perform maintenance tasks such as: Filter change-outs and certifications Instrument calibrations Equipment servicing per contract specifications Deliver excellent customer service and follow through on all client requests Perform preventive maintenance, site surveys, and system modifications Troubleshoot issues, determine required parts, and support repair timelines Assist with service order coordination and repair quotations Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and maintenance SOPs Ensure compliance with all safety standards, including OSHA guidelines Identify and communicate future service needs and long-term improvements Maintain strong communication with internal leadership regarding service plans Qualifications Strong background in electrical systems and system design Solid project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems Strong communication skills with both internal teams and customers Ability to work independently and collaboratively Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a FBI background check for secure government site access Willingness to meet vaccination requirements Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree, technical certification, or specialized training preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical or electrical service/maintenance Customer service experience is a plus Location Manhattan, KS Shift First shift Why Apply?
