• Field Technician
• to join our team.

This is a dynamic, "hands-on" role that blends physical labor with problem-solving. You will work directly on-site in residential, commercial, and industrial settings to mitigate water, fire, smoke, and mold damage. This role requires strong communication skills to guide stressed clients through our process, alongside the analytical skills needed to identify issues and implement remedial solutions. Through on-the-job training and certification courses, you will gain knowledge regarding industry regulations, conduct surveys, and document field data. As your experience grows, additional advanced certifications will become available. Areas of Responsibility

• Set up, monitor, and move specialized equipment needed for water extraction and structural drying.
• Safely remove water and mold-damaged building materials (drywall, flooring, etc.).
• Treat and remediate mold growth.
• Use moisture meters to accurately document drying progress.
• Strictly follow established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in the water damage industry or a related field (construction, demolition, HVAC, landscaping) is preferred—
• but we will train the right person!
• IICRC certifications are a major plus.
• Valid Driver's License (Required).
• Ability to read and understand work orders, safety rules, and equipment operating instructions.
• Must be physically capable of working at heights, in confined spaces (like crawlspaces), and lifting/moving up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, as well as in harsh indoor environments (fire-damaged or condemned structures with low-light or airborne particles).
• Attentive to detail, proactive, and reliable.
• Professional attitude when interacting with coworkers, customers, and subcontractors.
