Broadway Home Medical is hiring a Full-Time DME Technician to help deliver life-enhancing medical equipment and provide exceptional service to our patients and their families. What You'll Do Deliver, set up, pick up, and troubleshoot home medical equipment for patients Educate patients and caregivers on proper equipment use and safety Provide outstanding customer service by listening, answering questions, and offering support Navigate daily route changes, weather conditions, and scheduling adjustments with professionalism Assist in the warehouse on slower days with cleaning, testing, and servicing equipment What We're Looking For Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills Eager to learn and grow in the medical equipment field Compassionate and patient-focused mindset Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment Strong communication and customer service skills Willingness to work overtime when needed Ability to safely lift up to 85 lbs (beds, ramps, lift chairs, etc.) Schedule & On-Call Expectations Monday -
Friday:
11:30 AM - 8:00 PM Overtime may be required on busy days Participation in on-call rotation Typically 1 day per week and one weekend every other month Benefits Health Insurance PTO & Paid Vacation 401(k) Retirement Plan Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with the right attitude and work ethic.
