Responsibilities Execute the installation, calibration, and comprehensive repair of complex heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to maximize equipment longevity. Perform proactive preventative maintenance cycles, identifying potential mechanical failures before they impact operational continuity. Diagnose intricate system malfunctions using advanced testing tools, delivering precise and lasting technical solutions. Document all service activities and inventory usage accurately to maintain high standards of record-keeping and resource management. Uphold rigorous safety and environmental compliance standards during all phases of system maintenance and installation. Partner with cross-functional teams to refine service workflows, directly contributing to elevated facility performance and operational excellence. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Active EPA 608 certification and valid state HVAC licensure. Proven professional experience in HVAC service, installation, and repair. Proficiency in interpreting technical blueprints, schematics, and complex equipment manuals. Valid driver's license with a clean driving history. Preferred Skills Formal technical certification or trade school diploma in HVAC technology. Demonstrated ability to manage independent service routes while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on detail-oriented troubleshooting.
