As a Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering top-tier service to our customers by providing expert preventive maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades. This position requires Monday-Friday overnight travel within a designated service radius of approximately 150-250 miles, ensuring the security and functionality of our systems nationwide.

Approximate Year End Earnings:

$65,000 - $85,000 (inclusive of base pay and average overtime). Hourly compensation range is $27.00 - $31.00 per hour determined by experience, skill set, travel requirements, and geographical location. Key Responsibilities Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites, following established standard operating procedures to ensure optimal system performance.

Assist the AMAROK Install Department with site planning, jurisdictional compliance, inspections, and system commissioning after construction is completed.

Organize and prioritize daily service calls and route, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of maintenance and repair work.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service, training, and support.

Provide assistance to other Field Service Technicians as needed, fostering a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Drive safely while following all local, state, and federal traffic laws to reach service locations efficiently.

Monitor daily inventory levels, accurately complete service reports, and submit documentation within required deadlines.

Track and submit expense reports in compliance with company policies. Requirements & Qualifications Must be available to travel Monday-Friday weekly

Valid Driver's License

At least 2+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing systems (experience with access control systems and/or fire alarms is a plus)

OSHA certification and/or familiarity with OSHA compliance is strongly preferred

Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects as needed & safely climb a ladder up to 30 ft.

Ability to operate various forms of power equipment such as: aerial lifts, concrete saws, jack hammers, augers, mixers, etc.

Strong ability to analyze and troubleshoot system issues effectively
