Service Technician Direct Hire Richmond, KY About Us:
Work for a family-owned and operated business that helps people protect their greatest investment: their homes! Acculevel is the premier foundation repair and waterproofing company in our region. Our priorities are to invest in the success of our employees while providing exceptional service to our customers. This is a true team environment; we are growing rapidly and seeking the right people to help us grow our business while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. We are looking for a skilled service technician who can perform a thorough home inspection, provide regular maintenance on Acculevel products, assess the repairs made, investigate the customer's complaint, and determine the best course of action that will lead to a satisfied customer experience.
Qualifications:
3-5 years with the building trades, preferably in foundation systems, water drainage, and concrete work. (but not required, we will train) 3-5 years of customer relations experience is preferred Plumbing and/or electrical knowledge is preferred
Responsibilities:
Build & maintain relationships with customers & co-workers Be an expert on all Acculevel products/services Resolve conflict with unhappy customers (empathize) Evaluate potential misdiagnosis or under-diagnosis of an issue Present the best and most accurate solution to the homeowner Negotiate costs of new or additional work that may have become necessary
Requirements :
Excellent verbal/written communication skills Problem-solving skills are a must Active listener (understand customers needs) Adaptable (able to think on your feet) Ability to work independently without a lot of supervision Valid driver's license Physically able to inspect crawl spaces, basements, etc. Comfortable using or being trained to use customized software & technology Background checks and drug screening are part of our hiring process.
