What You'll Be Doing:

Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial cooking equipment including fryers, ovens, steamers, ranges, and more Managing service calls independently from diagnosis through completion Delivering professional, high-quality service to commercial customers Communicating clearly with customers, dispatch, managers, and internal teams Participating in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations Identifying additional service or repair opportunities while onsite Maintaining your service vehicle and managing parts inventory Completing required documentation and attending training sessions Performing other duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For:

Demonstrated hands-on experience servicing and troubleshooting commercial cooking equipment in the field Strong electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and make sound repair decisions Ready to join the on-call rotation shortly after onboarding Excellent communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and well-organized Professional appearance and attitude Must be 18 years of age Successful completion of background check and drug screen Driving record that meets company safety standards
