Identify additional customer needs and share leads with the Customer Service Manager or Account Manager. Stay sharp through ongoing technical training on batteries, chargers, and emerging technologies. What You Bring High school diploma or GED required; technical certificates or apprenticeships are a big plus. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with working knowledge of AC/DC theory. Ability to read schematics, manuals, blueprints, and technical documentation. Experience with battery/charger repair is helpful — but we're ready to train the right person. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a team‑first mindset. Computer literacy and comfort with digital documentation. Physical ability to lift 75 lbs, work at heights, and handle heavy components safely.
