Job Description
The technician is responsible for performing water mitigation demolition work for residential properties, under the guidance of a lead technician and project manager. This is a labor-intensive construction-related position. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow. At least one year of water mitigation technician work is preferred.
- Collaborate with the project manager to create a scope of work for each job, then carry out the scope of work.
- Document all work performed on a job
- Take photos before, during, and after demolition, and after setting drying equipment.
- Be capable of carrying heavy loads of debris, damaged materials, and equipment from the property.
Qualifications:
- Be ready, willing and able to work. Show up every day with a good attitude and a willingness to work.
- Be able to work unsupervised, following a scope of work to perform expected duties.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and driving record check.
Experience:
- Water Mitigation, 1 year (Preferred)
- Restoration, 1 year (Preferred)
