Join G & R Water Restoration LLC as a Water Restoration Technician and be part of a dedicated team committed to restoring homes and businesses in Beltsville, MD. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers while working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform water extraction and drying processes using specialized equipment. Assess and document damage to property and contents. Implement mold remediation and prevention strategies. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at job sites. Communicate effectively with customers about the restoration process. Complete necessary paperwork and reports accurately and timely. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion. Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred. Previous experience in water damage restoration or related field. Knowledge of water restoration equipment and techniques. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
