Mid‑Atlantic Region (Travel Required) What You'll Be Doing All Green Management, Inc. is hiring experienced Field Service Technicians to perform commercial repair and maintenance work at customer sites throughout the Mid‑Atlantic. This is hands‑on work for people who enjoy being in the field, working with tools, and getting things fixed the right way. You'll work independently or with a crew completing work orders that may include asphalt, concrete, fencing, gates, and general facility repairs . Key Responsibilities Complete assigned service tickets accurately and on schedule Perform commercial asphalt repair, concrete work, fence and gate repairs Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and team members Take job photos, complete daily reports, and submit paperwork Load, unload, and transport tools and materials Maintain safe, clean job sites Travel to job locations; occasional evenings or overnight work may be required Required Qualifications Authorized to work in the U.S. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass drug and background screening Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle equipment and materials Speak, read, and write English Strong work ethic, reliability, and professional attitude Preferred Experience Asphalt patching and repairs Concrete finishing or repair Fence and gate repair Construction, maintenance, or facilities background (We will train the right candidate who is motivated and dependable.)
