Flood and Fire Response is a locally owned, independent restoration company—not a franchise . We are looking for an experienced Water Mitigation Technician to join our growing team. If you know how to extract, dry, monitor, document and communicate with customers , and you take pride in doing the job right, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Respond to residential and commercial water losses Perform water extraction and structural drying Set up and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers and air scrubbers Perform moisture inspections and document drying progress Perform necessary selective demolition Handle sewage and contaminated-water losses Photograph and document jobs accurately Communicate professionally with customers Maintain clean, organized jobsites Work independently while knowing when to ask for help What We're Looking For Previous water mitigation/restoration experience

IICRC WRT

certification preferred Construction, plumbing or HVAC experience is a plus Valid driver's license and good driving record Able to lift 80+ lbs and perform physical work Reliable, professional and customer-focused Available for occasional emergency, evening or weekend work Why Work With Us?
