Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing maintenance and repairs to various equipment and machinery. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Induction heating experience is a plus.

Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions
• Analyze technical problems and offer solutions
• Utilize schematics and technical manuals for repairs
• Conduct inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly
• Collaborate with customers to provide technical support
• Complete service reports accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret schematics
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose technical issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willing to travel
