Job Description

Total Water Treatment Systems is looking for a Residential/Commercial Field Service Technician in Coleman, MI to hire immediately to perform installation and service maintenance on residential and commercial water treatment systems. Responsibilities include:
Installation of water treatment equipment to customer's homes. Work with water softeners, filtration, and reverse osmosis systems. Will learn to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Follow procedures/protocol for equipment installation and maintenance. Work with filters, pumps, motors, piping and other mechanical systems. Collect water samples and perform tests on water treatment systems. Perform routine maintenance, filter changes, sanitizations and equipment exchanges. Maintain accurate service and installation records.
Experience:
High School diploma or equivalency. 1 to 3 years' experience as a technician working with installation, set up and maintenance. Experience with plumbing, water softeners and reverse osmosis systems helpful. A minimum of 3 years customer service experience required. Working knowledge of plumbing codes helpful. Understanding of water chemistry helpful. Demonstrated problem solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience and ability to work independently without supervision. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Experience driving a service vehicle helpful. Ability to read a map.
