• You will ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of nitrogen-producing plants at customer sites
In this role, solve field site issues while maintaining and operating air separation plants with minimal supervision
Interact with customers across various production plant types, providing guidance, support, and clear communication
Maintain safety, quality, and compliance activities at each plant location to uphold Linde's high standards
Further, perform routine maintenance and calibrations on compressors, gas analyzers, and control systems
Manage time effectively to complete operations and maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and diagnosing plant problems
Also, coordinate contractors and resources to support plant activities, audits, and administrative requirements while driving efficiency through strategic planning and project management What makes you great You will hold a High School Diploma, with an Associate Degree in a technical field preferred, along with two to five years of operations experience in air separation or similar process control environments
Have expertise in instrumentation, controls, and general maintenance of industrial equipment
Demonstrate proficiency in mechanical and electrical maintenance, including compressors, with military engineering experience highly regarded
Exhibit strong safety awareness and procedural adherence while troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing equipment
Moreover, understand process control schematics and communicate technical information clearly in both verbal and written form
Be proficient with computers, Microsoft applications, and process control systems, supported by strong organizational and time management skills
You are able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including confined space entry, climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working at heights
Be available to work extended hours when business needs arise
Maintain flexibility to support weekend, holiday, and call-in coverage
Ensure a reliable and safety-focused presence during critical operational periods
