We are seeking motivated individuals with prior restoration experience to play a vital role in our mission of restoring properties to their pre-loss condition. As a Restoration Technician, you'll contribute directly to our success by responding to property damage claims and ensuring the affected areas are restored with precision and care.
Responsibilities include:
Protecting damaged areas, removing water, and cleaning buildings and their contents. Performing demolition and general clean-up tasks. Setting up and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the restoration industry is required. IICRC certifications are a significant advantage, but not required. Must be positive, hardworking, dependable, and able to follow directions. Professional appearance and demeanor. Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and work flexible hours during emergencies.
Other requirements:
High School Diploma. Cleaning service background and carpet cleaning experience are helpful. Strong communication skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
