This is a hands-on position that plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our Service Center. No prior industry experience is required—we provide on-the-job training to help you develop the skills necessary to succeed and grow within our organization. As a Service Center Support Technician, you will assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment while supporting the assembly, repair, and fabrication teams. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, solving problems, and contributing to a team-oriented environment. We are looking for individuals who work with a sense of urgency, demonstrate flexibility, and are comfortable working in physically demanding environments and all weather conditions. Schedule Monday-Friday:

7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Open availability for Saturday work as business needs require Pay $16.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience Overtime paid after 40 hours worked Benefits Medical benefits, available after 90 days of employment Growth opportunities within the company Primary Responsibilities Perform daily housekeeping and upkeep of the Service Center, work areas, and company grounds Assist the assembly, repair, and fabrication teams with daily tasks and projects Support efforts to reduce equipment downtime through organization, preparation, and preventative maintenance activities Organize tools, parts, materials, and equipment to maintain an efficient work environment Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and staging parts, materials, and equipment Operate hand tools and shop equipment safely and effectively Follow established safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment Perform additional duties as assigned to support Service Center operations Basic Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Open availability Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Effective communication and teamwork skills Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs. overhead Ability to remain on your feet for 8-10 hours per day Ability to work in all weather conditions Comfortable performing repetitive bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and physical labor Preferred Experience (Not Required) Experience using hand tools, machinery, or mechanical equipment Hi-lo (forklift) experience Experience driving a manual transmission Electrical experience Hydraulic experience Vacuum truck experience

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
