Field Service Representative- Part-timeWe're growing our team and currently hiring a field-based role to cover the state of Michigan.
We are seeking a trusted Independent Field Service Representative to serve public safety professionals by representing our line of uniforms, body armor, duty gear, and customized protective apparel. This role is centered on service and relationships-helping agencies and individuals find the right solutions to support their mission and keep them safe.
Preference is given to retired or active public safety professionals (law enforcement, fire, EMS, corrections, or military) who understand the unique demands of the job and can build credibility with agencies and frontline personnel.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Agency & Community Engagemento Serve as a knowledgeable resource to public safety professionals, ensuring they receive the best uniform and protective solutions for their needs.o Provide support through on-site visits, fit consultations, and professional product presentations.o Participate in department meetings, training sessions, and public safety events as a trusted representative.
- Customer Service & Relationship Buildingo Build long-term partnerships with agencies by delivering reliable, honest, and responsive service.o Assist customers with product selection, certified sizing, and customization options.o Coordinate with company operations to ensure smooth ordering, delivery, and follow-up support.
- Product & Industry Expertiseo Complete all required product and certified sizing training prior to field assignments.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Retired, active, or prior service in law enforcement, fire, EMS, corrections, or military strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust quickly with frontline professionals and agency leaders.
- A service-first mindset with a focus on relationships over transactions.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage territory activities independently.
- Access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
- Willingness to complete mandatory product and certified sizing training.
