SERVPRO is hiring several Restoration Technicians a key member of our who leads from the front, solves problems fast, and takes pride in helping customers recover after disaster. You'll oversee restoration jobs (water, fire, and mold), direct your crew, and ensure every project meets SERVPRO's high standards for quality, safety, and documentation. This is a hands-on leadership role — perfect for someone who enjoys working with tools, people, and technology and is ready to build a long-term career in management. What You'll Do Lead and manage restoration projects from start to finish. Operate and train others on power tools, drying equipment, and restoration machinery. Document work using SERVPRO's digital job management systems and mobile apps. Communicate with customers, insurance reps, and team members. Train, coach, and motivate technicians. Be on-call one week per month (rotating schedule). Use a company vehicle for jobsite and work-related travel. Optional travel work for large-loss and storm events (as desired). What You Bring Experience in restoration, construction, or related trades (water/fire experience preferred). Familiarity with power tools and basic construction practices. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Comfortable using technology, apps, and digital documentation tools. Valid, insurable driver's license (required).
