This is a travel-based role installing, commissioning and servicing automated processing and packaging equipment while providing hands-on technical support and outstanding customer service. What You'll Do Install, commission and start up processing and packaging equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and pneumatic faults Perform preventative maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs Troubleshoot automated machinery at customer facilities Train operators on equipment operation and safety procedures Complete service reports and documentation using Salesforce Recommend equipment upgrades, spare parts and future service requirements Represent the company professionally while supporting customers across North America What We're Looking For Associate Degree or Technical Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or a related field 3+ years' field service or industrial maintenance experience Strong mechanical, electrical and pneumatic troubleshooting skills Experience working on automated manufacturing, processing or packaging equipment Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States with occasional international travel Click Apply or contact: Mark Watton, 215-999-6430, Commutable from: Philadelphia, Cherry Hill, Allentown, Harrisburg, Bensalem, Wilmington and Newark.
