Job Summary:
Assist in servicing products and equipment at customer locations, performing routine repairs and maintenance tasks.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assists in servicing products and equipment.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and performs routine repairs on instruments and products at customer locations.
  • Performs routine preventive maintenance, site surveys, installations, and modifications.
  • Determines parts needed for repairs and their timely order.
  • Maintains inventory stock and equipment, documents service-related activities.
  • Provides training, re-training, and follow-up at customer sites.

Education and Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma. Associate or Technical degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred. 1 to 2 years' experience working in a customer service role or related position preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proficiency in all MS Office programs.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively
  • Pay high attention to detail.
  • Possesses strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Work Environment and Essential Physical Functions:
  • Drive a vehicle for up to 95 percent of the hours worked.
  • Maintain company vehicle (oil and fluid changes, tires, alignments, tune-ups, etc.)
  • Frequent exposure to manufacturing facilities with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
  • Lift up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to sit comfortably for prolonged periods of time.
