Field Service Pump Technician :
As a Field Service Pump Mechanic you will be responsible for loading and unloading equipment for jobs and assist in service, repair, and installation of water pump systems. This is an entry-level position with lots of growth opportunity. Generous PTO and Holidays Responsibility Summary:
Field Service Pump Technician Identify and pull hose, pipe, fittings, and pumps in performance of maintenance and repair activities Utilize motorized equipment handling machinery to safely load/unload equipment. Assist in securing loads. Ensure yard and loading areas are clear of debris and trash and equipment is organized and easy to access. Follow all safety processes and procedures. Travels locally as needed to assist with mobilization/demobilization of systems on customer job sites. Assists in connecting pipes, setting pumps, and dismantling equipment/accessories when the project is complete. Assist in diagnosing issues with diesel powered heavy equipment.
Qualification Summary:
Field Service Pump Technician High school diploma or equivalent General mechanical aptitude Prior experience in a hands-on, field-based (i.e., outdoor) position Prior experience operating heavy equipment and/or machinery preferred Diesel engine experience preferred but not required Valid driver's license with good driving record Ability to follow directions and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours and travel locally as needed Ability to read, write legibly and communicate effectively Ability to safely operate diesel-powered hydraulic lifting equipment Ability to lift/push/pull up to 75 pounds #HP
