Field Service Technician

As a Field Service Technician , your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the repair of pool/ spa/ furniture/ fixtures/ equipment. You will interface with residential and commercial customers in providing service and general guidelines. You will work closely with Service Management to ensure excellent customer service and quality workmanship. Plumbing and electrical experience is helpful, but not required. Employees must maintain the highest standards in customer service and professional and ethical conduct, must possess good verbal and written communication skills, as well as effective organizational skills. Must present a professional appearance, and must comply with all safety procedures, inclusive of safe working and driving habits.
