Compensation:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

Respond to emergency restoration calls involving water, fire, mold, demolition, and storm-related damage Perform water extraction, demolition, debris removal, cleanup, drying setup, and other restoration activities Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment, air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and other specialty equipment Prepare rooms and work areas for production Load, inventory, and maintain vehicles, tools, and materials for each project Communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates to keep production moving efficiently Communicate professionally with customers and explain the work being performed Complete end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and leave the site orderly Follow company procedures and safety requirements on every job

What We're Looking For:

Punctual and dependable Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check, subject to applicable law Willingness to work an on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Able to work well on a team and take direction Willing to learn — we will train the right person Restoration, construction, demo, mitigation, or other hands-on labor experience is a plus IICRC certifications are a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to regularly lift at least 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry equipment and materials Ability to work around cleaning agents, demolition debris, and restoration equipment Ability to work in changing indoor and outdoor conditions This is a good fit for someone who likes working with their hands, wants to learn a trade, and takes pride in doing important work the right way.
