Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
o Provide prompt and thorough customer service to participants, supervision officers and senior court/county officials. o Install (office or jail) and deactivate technology devices on monitored participants. o Process incoming/outgoing calls with company personnel, referring agencies, and clients to troubleshoot equipment abnormalities. o Perform device maintenance (typically device replacement or adjusting strap size/fit). o Schedule and conduct follow up appointments with courts and agencies in the area. o Document all pertinent information electronically in monitoring system database. o Maintain cleanliness of inactive equipment. o Review participant fee accounts and process payments. o Represent the company at local events/conferences, when assigned. Qualifications o One (1) year of experience in the fields of criminal justice or customer service preferred. o Must have a good MVR (motor vehicle report) and an up to date driver's license.Benefits
