Dayspring Restoration is seeking an experienced Carpet Technician to join our Helena MT team! Job Summary:
As a Carpet Technician you will be responsible for cleaning residential and commercial carpets, hard surface floors, HVAC ducts, and area rugs. Providing care and commitment, while delivering excellent service.
Technician Responsibilities:
Performs cleaning, deodorization/decontamination, to carpets, ducts, area rugs, and hard surface floors. Inspected rugs, detailing all areas for proper documenting and billing. Pickup and delivery of customer items when asked by the customer. Provide professional and clear communication to customers about the services, offering additional services as needed. Properly collecting payment, accurate entries of customer payment information. For some projects be able move some furniture. Safe operation of company vehicle, maintaining a neat and orderly manner while in use. Learn to operate hot water extraction truck mount. Promotes and demonstrates highest attention to the company's safety processes and guidelines. Maintain high level of integrity to both the company and the customer. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent attention to detail, ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good customer service skills. Ability to utilize and properly enter documentation in field software applications. Ability to work both daily and some weekend work.
Education and Experience:
Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred, however, training will be available. Valid Driver's License and clean driving record. Need to be able to pass a background check.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects. Team assisted lift for larger/heavier items. Must be able to work in both inside and outside working conditions, including environmental conditions and temperatures.
Salary :
$17.00-$19.00 plus overtime
