Job Description
We are currently looking for a full-time team member to help take our company to the next level! We are looking for a motivated Water Restoration Technician to help provide top-notch customer service to produce enthusiastically satisfied customers. If you are experienced with water damage remediation, we want to hear from you! Compensation & Benefits Generous compensation package plus opportunity to receive commissions and bonuses after introductory training period is completed Pay range based on experience: $60,000 - $80,000 annual salary

Flexible Schedule Fantastic work culture with a close-knit team AAA Membership Paid time off after probationary period Relocation assistance availability Responsibilities •This will be a multisector role and must be prepared to perform restoration duties for fire, water, mold, and sewer remediations.• Prepare, inventory, and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance. Complete demolition and remediation tasks based on Mitigation Manager's inspection and report. Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up equipment for each project, perform demolition duties (remove building materials including carpet/flooring, drywall, baseboard, etc.) and/or remediation duties (removing mold, applying antimicrobial, cleaning smoke/soot/char from fire damage, extracting water from effected areas, etc.). Monitor ongoing jobs for drying progress and make adjustments based on equipment readings. Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times. Utilize all company provided PPE as appropriate for each job. Utilize checklists and current processes to communicate with the crew lead and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes. Report and problem solve on unanticipated results Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave the jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance. Qualifications 1 - 5 years of prior water/fire/sewer/mold restoration experience required Reliable with personable/can-do attitude required Leadership skills and/or experience a plus Superb professional customer service skills Ability prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision Ability to perform emergency services on a 24 hour scheduled On-Call rotational basis as needed Must have valid drivers license to operate company vehicles Physical and work environment requirements: Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to work in a fast paced environment with possibility of extended hours. Exposure to chemicals, identification of safety hazards and hazard communication. Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting and climbing Ability to climb ladders and work overhead at varying heights.
