Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Lead Restoration Technician to oversee restoration projects involving water, sewage, and other property damage. This position is responsible for leading field crews, managing job site operations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering quality work, and can confidently communicate with customers during stressful situations. Responsibilities Lead crews on residential and commercial restoration projects. Evaluate job sites and develop an effective plan for mitigation and restoration. Perform water extraction, demolition, debris removal, equipment setup, and structural drying. Monitor drying progress and adjust equipment as needed. Maintain accurate project documentation using restoration software and mobile technology. Communicate professionally with customers, answering questions and providing project updates throughout the restoration process. Train, mentor, and supervise crew members while promoting a positive team environment. Ensure all work is completed safely and follows industry standards and company procedures. Inspect completed work to verify quality and customer satisfaction. Operate company vehicles and maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Assist with mold remediation and other restoration services as assigned. Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency restoration needs when scheduled. Qualifications Previous experience in restoration, construction, mitigation, or a related field preferred. Leadership or crew supervision experience is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work in a variety of environments. Comfortable working in residential and commercial properties. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while leading a team. Willingness to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Reliable transportation to and from work.
