Water Mitigation Technician

A full-service remediation and restoration company is seeking a Water Mitigation Technician for their team in Greensboro, NC. This role will be responsible for performing hands on mitigation services at residential and commercial loss sites. This position will involve travel in Greensboro but could go as far as Charlotte for projects.

Responsibilities:

Perform water extraction, controlled demolition, cleaning, and debris handling Set up, monitor and remove drying and dehumidification equipment per industry standards Safely pack, handle, and move materials to prevent damage Perform general cleanup tasks after projects are completed Communicate clearly with team members about project progress and required information Complete routine monitoring, equipment checks, and basic job documentation Maintain equipment by keeping it clean, functional, and ready for use

Qualifications:

Prior experience in water mitigation or the restoration industry Valid driver's license with a clean driving record IICRC Water Certification required Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds
