Full-Time Job Summary Blueprint Energy Partners II, LLC is seeking an experienced and dependable Field Service Technician to join our oilfield operations team in Williston, North Dakota . The Field Service Technician will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and operating oilfield equipment in both field and shop environments. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in demanding oilfield conditions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working independently or as part of a field crew. Pay & Benefits $30.00-$38.00 per hour , depending on experience $100.00 per day Per Diem , when applicable 401(k) with company matching Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Competitive benefits package Opportunities for overtime Opportunities for advancement Responsibilities Perform field service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on oilfield equipment. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and equipment-related problems. Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections. Install, service, repair, and test equipment at customer and field locations. Assist with rig-up and rig-down of equipment as required. Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and field equipment. Maintain accurate service, inspection, and maintenance documentation. Identify equipment issues and communicate needed repairs to supervisors. Ensure tools, equipment, and company vehicles are properly maintained. Follow all company, customer, and regulatory safety procedures. Participate in Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and pre-job safety meetings. Maintain a clean and safe work area in both field and shop environments. Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and other field personnel. Work outdoors in changing and sometimes extreme North Dakota weather conditions. Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational needs. Qualifications Previous oilfield, field service, mechanical, equipment repair, or related experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Experience with hydraulic and mechanical systems is preferred. Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must be dependable and able to report to work as scheduled. Ability to work extended hours and overtime when operations require. Ability to work in outdoor oilfield environments during varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Must be able to meet company and customer safety requirements. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50-75 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, push, and pull for extended periods. Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in field environments.
