No experience required, as comprehensive training is provided. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to preserve and restore homes with care and expertise. Please fill out the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment to be considered for this role https://assessment.predictiveindex.com/bo/29X5/EpoxyTechnicianLincolnNEJan202615216 Responsibilities Conduct on-site evaluations of wood surfaces requiring repair Apply epoxy resin and other protective coatings using the latest techniques and equipment Repair damaged wood surfaces, including rot, decay, and other forms of deterioration Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate and communicate effectively with our clients, whom we fondly refer to as "neighbors," to ensure high-quality repairs and service.
