NMC Cat, Nebraska's Caterpillar dealer, is hiring a Preventative Maintenance Field Technician and offers a supportive work environment with benefits.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES
•: Complete preventative maintenance and appropriate repairs on various types of equipment at offsite customer locations. Meets time requirement guidelines (TRG) standards. Escalate unresolved issues to Technical Communicators for further research and assistance. Accomplish repair by following parts ordering process, completing service reports, and giving appropriate verbal or written communication in email or service reports. About NMC CAT
