Water & Fire Technician duties include: Cleaning, packing and moving damaged or stored contents Demolition of affected commercial and residential properties Installation of drying equipment Application of chemical products in response to the water loss Water extraction Benefits include: Competitive pay = $20•$22 per hour with minimum of 40 hours a week guaranteed. Profit sharing plan. Benefits available after 3 months. 401 K available after 6 months. Paid company holidays. Accrued vacation time. Full time position•with a rotating on call schedule.

Expectations:

Must have a valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation to our shop Ability to work in the USA Must be able to read and speak fluent English, fluent in Spanish is a plus Water restoration and demolition experience preferred (IICRC certifications) Mechanically inclined•must know how to use basic power hand tools for demolition Basic math skills Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics) Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals Please send your resume AND a cover letter about why you would be a great fit with PDQ Restoration .
