Arctic Falls Spring Water and Java Bar Coffee have over 30 years' experience in the industry! Come join our growing team of technicians for Northern/Central New Jersey or Manhattan that have the passion and desire to build and grow with us. We are currently hiring hardworking individuals who strive to provide excellent service to our customers and join our team as a Service Technician! Entry Level positions available also. Pay starts at $19/hour at 45 hours a week. That includes 5 hours of overtime a week which brings you to $46,000-$47,000 per year. As a Service Technician you will help provide the following to our customers: Perform on-site installation, service, preventative maintenance, site surveys, repair and service on a variety of beverage dispensing equipment at customer locations and facilities, including servicing coolers, coffee brewers and filtration units Ensure strong customer loyalty through professional and reliable service. Complete accurate inspections, service and maintenance of equipment in order to maintain equipment operation Communicate clear and accurate information documenting the service provided and the results. Work with Dispatchers and Service Managers. Requires timely communication, descriptive and accurate paperwork and completing the service provided
