Job Description

Job Description Sirius Controls is the industry leader Chemical Injection Systems. We are currently looking to add Field Service Technician to our team in Midland, TX. Below you will find more information regarding the duties and responsibilities of this individual as well as the requirements and skills needed to get the job done.
Essential Functions:
Installation of new chemical pumps, stainless steel tubing and tanks on customer's site. Troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of chemical pumps. Install process control and measurement instrumentation on existing and new field equipment and processes. Performing basic to advanced troubleshooting in the field for AC and DC systems. Create accurate parts lists and track inventory used for each job. Respond to customer calls and assist with technical questions. Monitor safety and regulatory compliance. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required and must be worn when on yards & jobsite locations: Safety Glasses, Hard hats, FR Clothing and other as required by customer.
Physical Requirements:
The employee is regularly required to stand for the entire workday. The employee regularly lifts and carries 25 lbs and occasionally lifts and carries up to 50 lbs. The ability to drive to for long periods of time. Able to work around hazardous chemicals and in Oil & Gas Operational conditions. Ability to read, communicate verbally and/or in written form, remember and analyze certain information, instructions and guidelines.
