Role Description The Water Mitigation Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV. This position is responsible for responding to water damage emergencies, assessing affected areas, and setting up and monitoring equipment such as dehumidifiers and air movers to ensure proper drying. Day-to-day tasks include extracting water, removing damaged materials as needed, documenting work performed with photos and notes, and maintaining accurate job records. The technician will interact with property owners and team members, follow safety protocols, and adhere to company and industry standards. The role may involve working evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts depending on emergency needs. Qualifications Ability to safely operate water extraction tools, dehumidifiers, air movers, and other mitigation equipment.
