Entry-Level Field Technician / Chimney Sweep Full-Time Position | $18-$22 per Hour | Benefits Available Are you looking for a career where every day is different? Join our growing family-owned hearth and chimney company as an Entry-Level Field Technician / Chimney Sweep . No prior chimney experience is required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn. What You'll Do As a Field Technician, you will work alongside experienced technicians performing: Chimney sweeping and maintenance Fireplace and chimney inspections Wood, gas, pellet, and electric appliance servicing Installation assistance for stoves, inserts, and fireplaces Chimney repairs and maintenance Customer education and recommendations Documentation of inspections and findings using company software Vehicle and equipment preparation and maintenance What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work safely on ladders and roofs Ability to lift 50+ pounds Dependable and punctual Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive starting pay: $18-$22 per hour Full-time, year-round employment Paid training and ongoing education Advancement opportunities Benefits package Supportive team environment Opportunity to build a long-term career in a skilled trade About Us We are a family-owned and operated hearth and chimney company committed to providing exceptional service and education to our customers.
