Who We Are Looking For:
Our best technicians are reliable, hands-on workers who want to learn a trade and build a career. We hire for work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn. This work is demanding. You will lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, work in heat, cold, wet, and dusty conditions, encounter unpleasant odors on some jobs, and respond to emergencies that disrupt schedules. If that sounds like work you can do well, the certifications, career path, and pay structure are real. Our customers need our help with restoring their homes.
Required:

  • Comfort working in varied conditions: heat, cold, wet, dusty, with occasional odors
  • Availability for the shared on-call rotation
  • Willingness to commit to at least 12 months in the role
