The Experience You'll Create:
The Lead Service Technician oversees and performs advanced service, maintenance, and repair tasks while providing leadership and guidance to the technician team. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, adherence to safety standards, and efficient workflow management. The Lead Technician acts as the primary technical resource and supports training and development of junior technicians.
Shift:
Monday
  • Friday Diagnose and repair complex equipment issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications. Conduct quality checks on completed work. Assign tasks and monitor progress of service technicians. Mentor and train team members on technical procedures and safety practices. Retrain and recertify the techs. Serve as the first point of escalation for technical problems. Focus on continuous education and reduction of repeat service calls Coordinate daily service schedules and prioritize urgent repairs. Monitor open service calls to ensure timely closing. Ensure timely completion of service orders and accurate documentation. Communicate with Account Managers regarding service status, recommendations, and costs. Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards. Performs other related duties as assigned. Ingredients for
Thriving:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. 3+ years of experience in equipment service or maintenance. Valid, clean driver's license Ability to pass Department of Transportation (DOT) physical. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Leadership experience in a technical environment. Proficiency with tools, diagnostic equipment, and service software. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Location(s) &
