If you can already run a reciprocating saw, a drill, and a pry bar, you will be productive here in weeks instead of months. We hire people who know how to work with tools and who want to run their own truck inside of two years. We pay for every certification it takes to get you there. What The Work Is Respond to water, fire, smoke, mold, and storm damage in homes and businesses across Monroe County Water extraction, structural drying, equipment setup and daily monitoring, controlled demolition Cut and remove wet drywall, flooring, insulation, and cabinetry, then document what came out Contents pack-out, post-loss cleaning, mold mitigation and remediation Talk to the customer on site and keep the jobsite organized Who Does Well Here Our strongest technicians come out of construction, demolition, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, facilities maintenance, or flooring. You do not need restoration experience. You do need to be comfortable with power tools, able to read a job, and able to work without someone standing over you. If you have never picked up a tool, this posting is not the right fit and we would rather tell you that up front.
The Path:
Technician, Supervisor, Project Manager Restoration Technician:
$24.00 per hour, all certifications company paid
Restoration Supervisor:
$27.00 per hour, runs their own truck as the lead technician on the jobsite
Project Manager I:
$30.50 per hour, oversees multiple crews
Project Manager II:
$80,000 salaried, location level responsibility
Project Manager III:
$90,000 to $125,000 salaried, commercial losses Most of our Project Managers started as technicians. Certifications and performance drive the moves here, not time served. Pay and Hours Starting pay $24.00 per hour Full-time, 40 to 50 hours per week. Overtime is regular, not occasional Shared after-hours and weekend on-call rotation: $25 per dispatched job, $50 minimum per on-call week Google Review bonus: $35 per review, $45 with photos Referral bonus: $300 per successful hire, paid at six months Typical first-year total earnings of $59,000 to $63,000 with overtime, on-call, and bonuses What We Provide Company paid certifications:

This role is 40 to 50 hours per week and includes a shared after-hours and weekend on-call rotation, compensated at $25 per dispatched job with a $50 minimum per on-call week.
