This role is ideal for someone who takes pride not just in hands-on work — but in organization, documentation, and doing the job right the first time. What You'll Do Lead and supervise crews of 2-5 technicians on job sites Serve as the main point of contact for customers on-site Perform water extraction, fire damage cleanup, and mold remediation Assess property damage and determine scope of work Set up and monitor drying equipment

You will be responsible for:

Writing clear, accurate daily job notes Taking thorough photo documentation of all work performed Completing job files properly and on time Creating property sketches and documenting affected areas Accurate documentation is essential to job quality, communication, and company standards.
