Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Center Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on a variety of equipment, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. Duties Take any phone calls for service on Janitorial and Packaging Equipment that we currently service Get complete and accurate Information from customer regarding problem with equipment Find part numbers and pricing for all parts needed and give complete and accurate estimates to customers. return call with pricing Complete any and all tasks from start to finish on Janitorial and Packaging Equipment that we are currently servicing When finished fixing equipment make sure all paperwork is complete and billing is in place for returning equipment to customer Diagnose for repairs done on site and explain to customers any maintenance problems they are having and what to do to prevent them. If involved, maintain communication with customer service associates and salespersons so that they may relay information to customer. Complete any and all service schools and requirements to work on equipment for certification of warranty. Effectively communicate with customers and salespersons about any procedures we use in department. Be able to drive and deliver equipment using facilities available. Service techs back up each other in case of absence. Experience Mechanically inclined. Valid driver's license. Computer literate. Must be able to work well independently and with others Experience preferred on industrial packaging and janitorial cleaning equipment but not required.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
