We provide full-service filtration solutions to pharmaceutical, medical, educational, industrial and data center facilities. POA is hiring a Filtration Technician to work out of Hilliard, OH or the Columbus, OH metro Area. The Filtration Technician position primarily supports the warehousing, staging, removal, installation, and disposal of HVAC filtration products and perform related services at client locations across Ohio. You may be the ideal candidate if you have the following skills: Job/Work knowledge General knowledge of proper tool use, including power and pneumatic equipment. Ability to use MS Office Suite (Email, Excel, Word, etc.), Project Management software (e.g., Project Insight) Ability to read and understand technical literature including installation instructions, security policies, safety training, work instructions, etc. Ability to work safely around HVAC systems, and industrial automated processes. Ability to safely drive a forklift.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalency certificate.
- A Valid Driver's License and a driving record that maintains insurability under the company's vehicle and liability policies.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check in the United States and Canada.
- Must be able to obtain a U.S. Passport and travel to Canada. Primary Role - Project implementation activities including, but not limited to:
- Strictly follow client security protocols and safety policies.
- Successfully complete the background check and maintain client badging requirements.
- Unload truckloads of product and complete receiving documentation following Company processes.
- Stage materials to the project locations in accordance with the site/customer procedures.
- Clean the plenums and filter holding frames as required.
- Install filters per best practices, manufacturer's instructions, and Company procedures.
- Stage dirty filters and debris to onsite dumpsters or for offsite disposal.
- Load, transfer, and offload spent filters and debris to offsite disposal sites as required.
- Perform screen maintenance (cleanings) at client locations.
- Perform filter maintenance (cleaning/vacuuming) at client locations.
- Obtain & maintain an NCT-1 certification from the National Air Filtration Association (Employer-Provided).
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
- Maintain project worksite cleanliness, general housekeeping, and material and tool organization.
- Safely operate forklifts/boom lifts while following OSHA and Company policies.
- Safely operate Company and / or rental vehicles.
- Safely use ladders and platform ladders using proper OSHA and Company policies.
- Maintain travel records and budget requirements. Secondary Role - Responsibilities are to:
- Perform warehousing tasks including stocking, pulling orders, and execute inventory counts. Other Duties
